The Chotel Consortium has devised and perfected over the years a business model that follows the center-periphery logic: in the center, the specialized activities moved by the manager of the associated structure to the central office; on the outskirts, staff management and service activities directly addressed to the guests.
Centralized management involves a very wide range of functions ranging from operational to commercial management, from communication to administration, from finance and management control to purchases of products and services, from maintenance management to personnel selection and management. In the offices of the members, instead, the manager is given the task of concentrating on the quality of the direct service offered to the guests.
